There’s the saying that “March comes in like a lion and leaves like a lamb.” We may be talking about the weather, however, major changes are happening with slow moving outer planets.
March 8th: Saturn enters Pisces
This will be quite a different vie from Saturn in Aquarius where it’s been for the past 2.5 years. We’ve been learning more about the internet and technology and how to get along. Whatever came up for you over the past 2.5 years (and you’ve been working hard with Saturn in its home sign) you now get to apply and appreciate. Saturn in Pisces will not be concerned with systemic change but Piscean ideals. When Saturn joins Neptune in Pisces we get that extra help to turn those Neptunian dreams into reality. By sharing the sign of Pisces, we will get to know each other better and agree on a common approach. From evidence in the past, this common approach will be a welcome relief.
March 12th: Jupiter conjunct Chiron at 14 degrees Aries
This is a rare conjunction because Chiron and Jupiter meet in Aries once in every 50 years. This will influence us all and especially those born with Chiron in Aries. Venus will also be conjunct Jupiter and Chiron making this aspect very personal, emotional, stirring feelings of self-worth and how we approach relationships. A Chiron transit allows an opportunity to heal deep rooted wounds and find wholeness. Old wounds resurface and we are reminded of painful experiences we haven’t full processed in the past. Where Chiron appears in your natal chart will determine the focus of healing the wounds from the past.
March 23rd: Pluto enters Aquarius
This is the most important transit not only of March but of the entire year. Pluto only changes signs once in every 20 years on average. Pluto entered Capricorn in November 2008. Now it moves into Aquarius changing the energy. Pluto is the planet of total and complete transformation. The outer planets- Uranus, Neptune and Pluto-are the movers and shakers. With Pluto, nothing is sacred or off the table. Everything is open to Pluto transformation. When in Capricorn, Pluto revolutionized authority in a top-down system. Now in Aquarius, Pluto will transform every aspect of society, how people relate to each other, or the role government plays in society creating a more bottom up focus. The internet and AI will also come under scrutiny.
Pluto moves into Aquarius this month and Saturn leaves Aquarius for Pisces. This suggests that Saturn is now passing his Aquarius mandate to Pluto, while moving to the next chapter in Pisces.
Be ready for BIG changes this month which will last through the year. It’s important now to have self-love and respect and that includes personal boundaries. The special reading for this month is setting boundaries to allow transformation, healing and growth.
