Happy New Year!
What? It’s April!
True, but astrologically speaking, April, ARIES, is the beginning of the calendar; the first house of the astrological chart; the first sign of the zodiac!
Now, how will you set your intentions for this next year?
You have the perfect opportunity this week to create the life you choose to live. This Friday, April 5, is the New Moon in Aries occurring at 4:50 AM EDT and this is the time to create and visualize your intentions for this next astrological year.
This is a powerful time! However you choose to create and set your intentions is up to you. This activity must be meaningful for you, not for anyone else.
Allow me to give you some options and feel which one works for you. Or you can do all the recommendations:
- Create a vision board. This can be done with photos, cut outs from magazines, handwritten post its. Since it’s a vision board, it should be something you can look at readily and easily and be a reminder of your goals, intentions and desires for the coming year.
- Journal. Write about your life as you see it happening right now. Do not write about how you intend it to be, write as if it is already here. If you intend to see $50,000 come into your bank account, write about what you will do with that money and how it will bring you joy.
- Visualize. Set some time to be in a quiet place, possibly outside in nature, and see and feel how you intend your life. What does it mean to you? How do you feel seeing your intentions actualize? Really FEEL through the visualization.
- Meditate. Allow yourself some time just to sit without thoughts and let some thoughts come to you. You get so busy in your mind that you don’t take the time to listen to the guidance that comes to you. Take time to receive.
Just go for it. What do you have to lose? Dreaming is fun! And you never know what the outcome will be. Don’t be concerned with HOW just focus on the outcome.
Enjoy the FUN!!
